Screencraft produced a series of video portraits that form the basis of the touring exhibition, ‘Disrupt persist invent: Australians in an ever-changing world’, for the National Archives of Australia.

The stories features contemporary activists and innovators, featuring interviews, still images and location footage.

From noisy protest to quiet persistence, ‘Disrupt, persist, invent’ explores the many ways people have achieved social change in Australia. The Screencraft team travelled around Australia to produce these powerful stories of people and their actions, from the ordinary to the extraordinary.

The stories explain Australia’s progress in areas such as women’s rights, marriage equality, science and technological invention and much more. The exhibition toured all Australian capital cities.
