The Central

Screencraft was tasked to produce a series of television commercials advertising the stage two release of The Central by Goodwin, a community for independent over 55s.

We wrote three scripts focusing on different types of residents at The Central - a couple, a single male and a single female. The idea was to show the lifestyle benefits of The Central, as well as the architecturally designed and stylishly appointed apartments. It’s a lifestyle where property maintenance is taken care of, while a buzzing social life is on offer.

Screencraft cast all talent and filmed over two days on location with our in-house production team.

Post-production was also done at Screencraft, including colour grading, sound mixing, voice over and editing. We arranged CAD approval and delivery to local TV networks.
