Master Builders Australia commissioned Screencraft make a video production to change perceptions around women in construction.

This follows from announcement of a Federal Government pilot  programme aimed at teaming mentors with young females to support women around Australia in the building and construction industry. The video's purpose is to raise awareness of the opportunities that are available to woman in building and construction, and what the industry can offer.

The filming took place in Hobart, Tasmania to capture great examples of women in construction.
